1 CV(個人推薦新增業績積分) = 1 分(旅遊獎賞積分)

個人推薦新增業績積分包括 :

  • 考核期間,參與者本人的購物訂單積分;
  • 考核期間,參與者本人親自推薦的新聯盟店以及現有/新聯盟店的後續購物訂單產生的積分(加盟和後續購物訂單積分的一半);
  • 考核期間,參與者本人親自推薦的新聯盟商、優惠客戶及零售客戶(以下統稱為新人)取得的積分;該新人購買的加盟套裝或其他產品所產生的積分,以及該新人加盟後的後續訂單所產生的積分(現有優惠客戶及零售客戶的後續購物訂單積分也計算入內);
  • 考核期間,參與者本人親自推薦的新聯盟商所親自推薦的新聯盟店(加盟和後續購物訂單積分的一半)、新優惠客戶及新零售客戶所產生的積分。

制度與條例:

  • 參加本次考核的聯盟商必須保持帳戶活躍並具有良好聲譽;
  • 如果參與者符合資格,但未能參加此次旅遊,Wayal將視其獎勵資格無效並不作出任何補償;
  • 本次旅遊資格不可轉讓,任何考核業績都不能轉讓給另一位聯盟商;
  • 如果參與者已經使用部分積分(CV)賺取了導師基金,這部分積分將不能再重複計算於本獎賞計劃內;
  • Wayal不會就本次活動發放任何現金或點數之類的獎勵;
  • Wayal 保留審核、調整或拒絕任何關於此活動的業績、銷售、推薦和促銷的權利,以確保旅遊獎勵的目標得以公正達成;
  • 如發現詐騙或違反守則等問題,Wayal有權取消任何聯盟商的參與資格;

  • Wayal 保留更改旅行地點及日期的權利。

出行須知:

  • Wayal 對本次郵輪之旅的參與者所進行的前期或後期活動不承擔任何責任,參與者及其客人需承擔活動前後所產生的任何費用及個人責任;
  • 如本次郵輪之旅參與者提早前往指定目的地或延長旅遊日期,以進行個人行程,參與者將需要自行安排相關交通行程;
  • 如參與本次郵輪之旅,參與者需確保自己擁有相關的護照、簽證和其他旅行文件。

Q: 考核時間?

A: 2018年8月1日至2019年1月31日。

 

Q: 2019 Wayal郵輪之旅將於什麼時間舉行?

A: 2019年4月28日(周日)至5月3日(周五)。

 

Q: 如果我本人不能出席,我的郵輪資格將作何處理?

A: 必須賬戶持有人本人出席郵輪活動,其它家庭成員才能參與購票。一旦完成購票,如賬戶持有人不能出席本次活動,其家庭成員購票也不能出席活動,將做退款處理。需參照取消條款政策,1月15日之後則只退50%。

獲取免費郵輪資格以及報名預定房間的聯盟商,如登船之日取消或未參與登船,該賬戶將會被公司收取全額郵輪船票費用。

 

Q: 我可以邀請朋友一起參加嗎?

A: 如果您願意,任何客人都可以和您一起出席,客人不限聯盟商或者非聯盟商都可以, 具體購票費用請參閱聯盟商後臺【郵輪之旅攻略】文件,或與客服聯絡。

 

Q: 郵輪票是否可轉讓?

A: 例如:一個聯盟商贏取2張郵輪票,聯盟商本人必須出席,而且賬戶持有人產生的郵輪票不能轉讓,但該聯盟商的同房間客人郵輪票可以轉讓。每個房間至少有一人名字不能更改,否則視為退票。

 

Q: 聯盟商“現金”全額支付郵輪船票是否可以轉讓?

A: 除使用郵輪積分兌換郵輪船票不可轉讓,現金支付可轉讓給其它聯盟商,但不可轉讓非聯盟商使用。

 

Q: 非聯盟商轉讓郵輪船票要求?

A: 4月15日之前只能允許轉讓一次,轉讓收費20美金。

現金購票的非聯盟商轉給聯盟商,不接受轉讓。只能按照郵輪退款規則處理,付款方式不得改變。

 

Q: 如果郵輪積分沒有達標合格,購買郵輪票是否可以補差額?

A: 是的,可以補差額。具體差額計算方式為整數計算。例如: 10460郵輪積分,補差額表格當中按照10000積分計算。具體請參閱聯盟商後臺【郵輪之旅攻略】文件,或與客服聯絡。

 

Q: 如果我的賬戶健康基金不足,是否可使用其它賬戶的健康基金協助購票?

A: 不可使用其它賬戶健康基金協助購買。郵輪購票必需跟著賬戶持有人ID完成以及生效。

 

Q: 如果使用我的賬戶健康基金幫著我邀請的客人參與購票,是否可以?

A: 不可以使用健康獎金。健康基金只限賬戶本人參與購票。邀請同房間客人購票,客人需正常支付。

 

Q: 我已合格標準間船票,我可以自費升級到其他高等級房間嗎?

A: 如果房間充裕,我們可以幫您升級。具體費用請參閱聯盟商後臺【郵輪之旅攻略】文件,或與客服聯絡。升級需付費,不可使用健康基金支付。

 

Q: 郵輪取消條款?

A: 2019年1月15日前取消,可全額退款。

2019年3月15日前取消,可半額退款。

2019年3月15日後取消,無退款但可轉讓,每人更名費用為$20美金。

2019年4月15日後,不接受任何更改信息。

 

Q: 賬戶合格15,000積分獲得一張免費郵輪船票,剩下余額積分怎麼處理?

A: 由於旅遊積分只限賬戶持有人單獨使用,在未達成兩張船票的情況下,剩余旅遊積分不予使用。

 

Q: 我如何看到自己 “嬴取 2019 Wayal之旅:駛向成功” 活動的進度?

A: 您可以在您的聯盟商後臺主頁右側的 “帳戶狀態預覽” 看到您的郵輪活動積分情況。

 

本公司保留隨時修改本次郵輪之旅獎勵計劃的資格、規則、獎勵及任何細節的權利。

Qualifications:
In order to qualify for Wayal’s 2019 Cruise to Success, you must personally enroll new Commissionable Volumes (CV) between August 1st, 2018 and January 31st, 2019

Rules:
1 CV (Personally Enrolled New Commissionable Volume) = 1 Credit (Cruise Travel Credit)

Personally Enrolled New Commissionable Volumes Include:

  • Volumes generated by the participants’ personal orders during the qualification period
  • Volumes generated by the participants’ personally enrolled new Andorra Stores during the qualification period Half of the stores’ order Volumes will be counted toward the Cruise Travel Credit.
  • Volumes generated by the current/new Andorra Stores’ repurchase orders during the qualification period. Half of the stores’ order Volumes will be counted toward the Cruise Travel Credit.
  • Volumes generated by the new personally enrolled Affiliates, Preferred Customers, and Retail Customers during the qualification period. The qualified Volumes include Volumes generated by their enrollment orders and other product orders. Volumes generated by repurchases from existing Preferred Customers and Retail Customers will also be counted toward the Cruise Travel Credit.
  • Volumes generated by your personally enrolled new Affiliates through their personally enrolled new Andorra Stores during the qualification period. Half of these Stores’ order Volumes will be counted toward the Cruise Travel Credit.
  • Volumes generated by your personally enrolled new Affiliates through their personally enrolled new Preferred Customers, new Retail Customers, and their repurchases

Policies and Procedures:

  • The participants must keep their accounts active and in good standing
  • If the participant is eligible but fails to participate in the travel, Wayal will deem the award as invalid and will not provide any compensation(s)
  • The qualification of this travel is not transferable, and any CV cannot be transferred to another Affiliate
  • If the participant has earned a Mentor Bonus using partial Volumes (CV), the Mentor Bonus Volumes (CV) will no longer be used toward qualification of Wayal’s 2019 Cruise to Success trip
  • Wayal will not issue any cash or rewards
  • In order to ensure that the objectives of the travel award are met fairly, Wayal reserves the right to review, adjust, or reject any performance, sales, and/or sponsorships pertaining to this event
  • Wayal reserves the right to cancel the qualifications of any Affiliates if fraud and/or violation of Wayal’s terms, conditions, policies, and procedures is found
  • Wayal reserves the right to check the qualification of the Affiliates participating in this promotion, and Wayal reserves the right of final decision
  • Wayal reserves the right to modify the qualifications, rules, awards, and details of this cruise travel promotion at any time
  • Wayal reserves the right to change the place and date of travel

Travel Instructions:

  • Wayal does not assume any responsibility for prior or post-event activities of the participants who participate in this cruise trip. Affiliates and their customers must bear any costs and/or personal responsibilities incurred before and after the event
  • If this cruise participant chooses to arrive at the destination in an earlier time, or extends the date of travel for personal reasons, the participant is responsible for arranging relevant transportation needs
  • Participants must ensure their passports, visas, and related travel documents are valid, authentic, and up-to-date in order to travel

FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions):

Q: How much time do I have to qualify for Wayal’s 2019 Cruise to Success trip?
A: Six months – August 1st, 2018 through January 31st, 2019

Q: When does the 2019 Wayal Cruise Tour take place?
A: April 28th to May 3rd 2019.

Q: Who can participate in this travel program?
A: Any active Wayal Affiliate who is in good standing with Wayal Health Sciences may participate.

Q: Will I receive a cash compensation if I cannot attend the tour?
A: If you cannot attend the cruise travel, you will not receive any cash compensation, and qualifications are not transferable. No-shows will be charged at the full ticket price.

Q: What is the Cancelation and Refund policy?
A: Full refund for cancelation made prior to (incl.) January 15, 2019.
50% refund for cancelation made prior to (incl.) March 15, 2019.
NO refund for cancelation made after March 15, 2019.
NO changes to the guest info after April 15, 2019.
(Traveler name change is allowed prior to April 15, 2019 for $20, check with customer service staff for details.)

Q: Can I invite my friends to join?
A: Guests may attend. However, they are responsible for any/all extra fees. For further details, please contact Wayal customer service staff for specific costs.

Q: Do I need to present a valid passport and visa to attend Wayal’s 2019 Cruise to Success trip?
A: Please check your country’s VISA requirements.

Q: I have qualified for the standard room. Can I upgrade to other rooms at my own expense?
A: If rooms are available, Wayal will try to accommodate an upgrade for you. However, Wayal makes no guarantees, as the final decision is made by the cruise line. Please contact Wayal customer service staff for specific costs.

Q: Will babysitting services be provided on the cruise?
A: Yes. The ship provides babysitting services for children between the ages of 1 and 12 years. Charges are on a per-hour, per-child basis, with a maximum of 2 children per sitting.

Q: If my account is not active but I qualified for the trip, can I participate?
A: No. If your account is not active, you will not be able to participate in this trip.

Q: If there are two people on my account, will Wayal pay the cruise ticket for both of them?
A: If you only get one-person travel qualification (15,000), each account will be eligible for a one-person free travel. You may choose which person to attend the trip, and if you would like to add one more guest to share a room, you are responsible for any additional costs.

Q: Will Wayal pay for all activities on the cruise?
A: Wayal will provide cruise tickets and selected meals and activities included in the cruise ticket.

Q: How do I see the progress of my qualifications?
A: Please check your Cruise Credit in your back office.

Q: How will I know if I am qualified for Wayal’s 2019 Cruise to Success?
A: You will receive a notification once the results have been finalized by Wayal.
